The judge warned lawyers to be prepared on this new date.
At the Constitutional Court, the defendant's lawyer, Naim Murseli, said this session cannot be held, after claiming he has rejected the indictment, other subject papers and CDs with evidence for the case.
He said he is unable to advise his client even on how to plead on charges, nor can he object to evidence.
The “for me has not met the conditions for this session to be held”, he said.
But, the case prosecutor said the paperwork, CDs and charges were handed over on January 22nd to one of the defendants' lawyers.
The accused's lawyers, Cocall and Tom Deday, also said they didn't get the paperwork because they weren't being emailed. They also demanded postponement of the session.
The accused's lawyer, Coakola, was sentenced to 500 euros for obstructing the order in the hearing, disobeying the judge.
At the hearing, there were three people charged with the occasion, including Liridona's husband, Naim Mursel. / REL/
The judge asks Naim Mursel if you're married, his answer: I have a dead wife.
