The same confirmed that the hearing is expected to be held during Tuesday (21.01.2025) at the Foundation Court in Gjakova.
Kallxon reported on 20,01.2025, concerning the action that resulted in three people arrested, under suspicion of taking bribes.
According to the prosecution, after receiving information, secret investigative measures have been taken against suspects.
The case in question, we inform you that the Founding Prosecutor-Ghaakova, after accepting information that 3 (three) suspects, at different time periods and at different locations in Gjakova, had requested and accepted bribes from various business owners, where these acts allegedly carried out the criminal offence, Article 421 of KPRK, has taken investigative action with the application of secret investigative measures, to the same ones. ” reportedly in the report of the Gjakova Prosecutor.
On the other hand, by order of the Gjakova Foundation Court, there have been raids at several locations.
