Today will be the last day of the 8th legislature in the Kosovo Assembly, and therefore on Friday, the Assembly of Kosovo will be distributed. According to researchers, for the amount of laws adopted by this legislature may be considered successful, while analysts say expectations were greater.
A special thanks he had for the co-party.
This was after the latter stayed in the shed room for 14 hours.
And this December 5th session, in which all 18 laws were adopted, proved to be the last for the 8th Parliament legislature of Kosovo.
Kosovo's 8th Parliament legislature will be distributed 30 days before the elections, just as the Article 66 of the Kosovo Constitution envisions, namely paragraph 2 of this article. So we can say that Friday is the last day of the legislature”, Violet Hajoll from KDI for Tev1 said.
According to the researcher at the Kosovo Democratic Institute, for the amount of laws adopted, this legislature could be considered successful.
“All of which have been adopted 282 laws, of which 202 are domestic, while 77 are international agreements, by the amount is a large number of passed laws, but in terms of content there have been remarks, some of which have been submitted to the Constitutional Court”, says Hajolli.
But, according to political analysts, expectations for this legislature were greater.
Unfortunately, this expectation has not been lived at the right level, in addition it has been one of the most constitutional violations, compared to all others. It has been shown that some laws have not known to approve, and as a result they have gone to Constitutional Court”, said Albinot Maloku, political analyst.
Maloku also relates the differences seen in these four years inside the plenary hall.
This legislature has not had the opposition as in other legislatures. This has been the change. So, fortunately it hasn't had that aggressive use of additional and violent tools”, he says.
Otherwise, the new MPs will compete for a seat in the Kosovo Assembly on February 9th in regular parliamentary elections.
