A diet of processed foods, sugar and unhealthy fat can contribute to fatigue. These foods can cause a drop in blood sugar and a lack of essential nutrients that the body needs to function effectively, leading to fatigue”, explains Nicholas Dragolea, a British doctor who works with Noble Medical.
You lack vitamin D
Lack of vitamin D could also affect energy levels, experts say. Studies show that 42 percent of the American population lack vitamin D.
“Nivels less than optimum of vitamin D can contribute to fatigue, poor sleep, feelings of sadness, and a host of other difficulties”, Catherine Werner, psychiatrist said.
Not Exercise Enough
Another common cause of chronic fatigue is lack of exercise, which means that you can improve your health by getting up and moving more often.
