Someone drinks it at home, someone at coffee and somebody else in the office. We all turn to coffee, whether we've had breakfast or not.
Coffee is one of the most important drinks to start each morning. It has become an extremely necessary ingredient for a energetic breakfast.
Studies confirm that people can abstain from alcohol but find it impossible to give up their morning coffee. The study does not really apply to all but emphasizes the importance of coffee in the lives of many people.
Yet, some prefer to drink coffee without other ingredients such as sugar, and some do not even think of bitter coffee without sugar.
But how healthy is sugar coffee, and what is the recommended amount of sugar to be discarded according to the amount of coffee that you drink?
All the nutritionists' advice comes together at one point: Don't waste your sugar! According to data, for a small cup of normal express coffee, containing 30 ml of coffee, the potential tolerable amount to sugar is only 3.1 grams.
That means less than a teaspoon or a teaspoon. According to various studies, a full teaspoon in a cup of express coffee increases the sugar content of a cup of coca-cola. The same is true of Turkish coffee, which is usually prepared at home.
In the meantime, for a large cup of cappuccino, which contains 25 ml of coffee and 85 ml of milk, the tolerable amount of sugar is only seven grams. Which means less than two teaspoons of sugar.
The World Health Organization recommends a 25gg of sugar as a healthy daily supply. In other words, 6 teaspoons of sugar.
But beware, this amount is recommended throughout the day, depending on the foods you consume, including coffee, and other foods.
