Knaus, through a post on the X platform, has stressed that the letter was meant to show the best way to resolve the issue of the Serb Major Community Association.
This letter was sent before today's letter by the Kosovo government, offering the best way to resolve the association issue once and for all this May. It is clear that any draft association status must meet the Council of Europe criteria. What Kosovo offered today meets them and can be sent to the Constitutional Court”, Knaus wrote.
On the other hand, he stressed that Serbia's demand for association should not be met.
