Katratti, through a post on his Facebook account, said this” ambassadorial also confirms internationally that Albin Kurti has deceived and manipulated citizens”.
So, FOR VOTA, because there never was a need for signature from Serbia.
This agreement is already part of the 35th chapter for Serbia in its EU membership negotiations. This change of chapter 35 made by the foreign ministers of European Union member states”, Kastrati has written among other things.

The Ohrid Agreement has officially become part of the EU-Serbia negotiations. Now this is binding for Serbia if it wants EU integration.
This amendment also confirms internationally that Albin Kurti has deceived and manipulated citizens.

For those who don't understand:
If Serbia does not comply with obligations from the Ohrid Agreement, it means abandoning its EU integration path.

In addition, the European Parliament approved the economic growth package for the Western Balkans, which will also be formalised by the EU Council.
However, in addition to meeting not so easy basic criteria, Kosovo and Serbia must meet additional political criteria.
The main precondition will be the constructive commitment to normalising relations between them. Estimates of whether or not Kosovo or Serbia meet this criteria will provide the European Commission assisted by the European Foreign Action Service (EEAS), which even plays the key role in dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
