Three Fushe Kosovo officials sentenced to five years in prison, charged with corruption

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared condemnation of three Fushe-Kosovo officials, Jakup Trnava, Ejup Grguri and Liridona Mustafa-Sadiku, accused of corruption, condemning them to five years in prison (all along) over corruption charges. In this case, Jakup Ternava, the quality director of the Directorate for Geodesy, Cadaster and Property in the Fushe-Kosovo municipality, and officials Ejup Gerguri and Liridona Mustafa- Sadiku, were charged with misuse of official office. Charged in this case is Mevluude Nishori, but because of health procedures against her has been singled out, reports the “Act on Justice”.
The indictment against the three indictees was announced Thursday by the chairman of the court, Medie Bytyqi.
According to the indictment, accused Ternava and Gergur were sentenced to two years in prison, while accused Mustafa- Sadiku of one year in prison.
Judge Bytyqi's three indictees also pronounced full sentence -- preventing the exercise of office in public administration or public service during the duration of three years, following the completion of the prison sentence.
The injured were instructed in regular law-civil disputes to implement the property-juridic demand.
In contrast, according to the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act in Pristina on September 30th 2019, Mevlude Nishori, Jakup Trnava, Ejup Grguri and Liridona Mustafa-Sadiku are charged with criminal work “Kestum use of official position or authority by Article 422, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
Nijshori is accused of being legal official, Mr.K. and J.K., while Ternava reportedly in the quality of the director for Geodeze, Cadastre and Property, in the Fushe-Kosovo municipality, had used his position, making changes in the parcel for which the Founding Court in Pristina had designated a measure of security.
The Actakuz says that the accused Gergur, in quality of the official referenced exchange officer in Cadastro to the Fusha-Kosovo municipality, had used his position, releasing property certificate, which, outside legal conditions, had returned to its former state.
On the other hand, the accused Mustafa-Sadiku was charged in quality of the legal official at the Directorate for Geodeze, Cadastre and Property, in the Fushe-Kosovo municipality, with changing the cadastral operation for the parcel, which had security measures from the Foundation to Pristina.
