There are a number of factors why we cannot sleep, but the work of stress and other everyday habits affect the quality of sleep.
But how can you reduce this and what you can do when turning on one side and on the other?

When you are at a point you cannot sleep, there are some things you can do, writes Health. But what are they?
Focus on Breathing: Another way to calm your thinking can be through simple breathing exercises. Deep, slow breathing can be beneficial if you are troubled or stressed over something.
Get out of bed.: If you stay awake for more than 20-30 minutes, you have to get out of bed and do something quiet to get you to sleep.
Listen to a podcast: Podcasts or audio books can be good alternatives to reading if you don't want to turn on the light or out of your eyes. Just remember to find a subject that is not very exciting or disturbing.
Try writing something: Some found that writing a long and detailed list of future tasks helped people to fall asleep much faster than those writing about the duties they had already accomplished that day.
Read a Book: Since digital screens can further ruin sleep because of the blue light it releases, reading a physical book can be an excellent alternative to reading through electronic devices.
