Therapists' Oda has received 84 complaints from pharmacists about custody schedules

After 9: 00 p.m. there are only a few drugs in the capital that remain open to citizens in case of need. This is causing serious losses for the drugs. As far as this decision is concerned about the pre-meditative schedule, Oda of pharmaceuticals said that the decision made for the pharmaceuticals is very fair.
Jehona Haka deputy chairman of the Kosovo Pharmacists Oda said this regulation was established in 2010, but has not been active. Haka said that when it's been complete-changing custody schedules for drugs, there have been about 84 complaints.
Maybe they told me what's right, it's better to say maybe what's right to become a curfew, I just think that the last time you set a curfew just now was. This regulation has been regulated since 2010, but it has not been active, and in the past year, by Pristina Community Health Director Izet Sadiku, with his initiative has been activated and the working schedule of the drugs has begun, I think it's quite shot and fair to patients that they have access to 24 hours, which was not at five drugs as it is now. Barnators have usually worked cheaply, worked until they set their schedule, but the caretaker medicine for 24 hours has not been available before. It is now arranged for 5 drugstores to have custody every day of the week, while on Sunday and parties to take care of 4 drugstore”, Haka said.
The establishment of this regulation has been welcomed by many drugstores, while only six complaints were addressed by pharmacists.
We've had a complaint at the beginning of the establishment of this law, in which six drugs were involved which weren't pro-regulation of this schedule. But, we are approximately 174 drugstores in Pristina, 7 per cent have been disappointed by this time period. Most are pleased with the timing. Does it need any change, I believe, but I think the schedule has to remain because it's in the patient's best interests first. On the other hand, when the change of schedule is done and it's supposed to be extended we've got 84 complaints from pharmacists and drugs who didn't want the schedule to move”, Haka said.
For those drugs working outside this rule, Hakaj argued that he is not a colleague and that the Pristina municipality's labour inspectorate should provide deserved sentences and not only take measures.
I think first of all it's not the first colleague to work, that every one of us is expecting custody. The second, and I hope that the Pristina Community's Inspectorate will intensify their work and that if they face irregularities they will not give enough measures, as they are doing in practice. So far it's only literally serving a few kinds of sentences, but I think that they need to intensify and be given due sentences”, Haka concluded.
Financial losses are taking drugs because of this regulation. Pharmacies and pharmacists are complaining about the matter. Among them is Arbnor Alidema, owner of a drug store in Pristina, for KossovaPress, said that large losses are continuing to be there, while he said that it has become very difficult for patients to find the herbs they need and that the same are forced to go to other countries outside the capital to find the grass they need.
There is definitely a loss, all of our patients go to Fushe Kosovo, to Gracanica 90% of patients who don't find medicines on Sunday, the problem is here, and from 9 to 11, all of us have patients who have to drive to Fushe Kosovo and other places to find drugs, who have found them in Pristina at some time, and the CKUK in Pristina is not in Fushare Kosovo, nor in any other”, Alidemaj said.
The biggest problem, according to Alidema, is in the Pristina municipality, as it considers because the latter have to change the working schedule for the drugs.
There's no one to change the schedule, that's the problem. The problem is that in Pristina municipalities, they have the conditions right, all right, they have the offices right, and they don't care where the citizens are going to buy medicine, or whether there are drugs in the KKUK or not. By November 98 thousand patients have had only emergencies, that there are patients as many residents as a municipality like Kachanic, so I think this should be changed but what they're doing let it remain in charge or in their professionalism”, he concluded.
While the Director of Inspection in the Pristina municipality, Florian Dusi, said the ongoing problem they are facing as an institution is the drugstores who are not respecting custody schedule.
He said there are times when many drugs are working daily on holidays, as well as after the completion of specific hours, they continue to be open.
For my surprise we've had a lot of problems with the drug store, considering it's another level and they'll be the ones who will respect the set schedule more... When we started the application, we noticed that in many cases the rules were not respected, we found that after 9:00 p.m. the ones that weren't the caretakers to work, there were times that the ones that were supposed to be closed, but all of this we've been inspecting, and I can tell you that the fines were also pronounced for the drug store”, the Pottenco Dushi.
Otherwise, the Ferizaj municipality is also in the process of drafting schedules for drugs. /kp
