This course enables NCOs to act and be willing to face challenges in various crisis situations.
The Certificate ceremony reportedly took part in the Commander-in-chief of the Brigade General Academy, Bardhil Nuredini, the Republic of Kosovo Atasheu, Colonel Enver Hoti, CAPN Colonel Besim Bala, officer and deputy staff officer.
