Our decisions must either be perfect or sanctions. If your decision is not perfect, better than that of a Scandinavian country, there are not stated shortcomings but sanctions.
I think that within a very bad decision and the very good decision there are certain shades where then a position of the Kosovo authorities can be established.

When he spoke of EU measures that are in effect, Bislimi said:

We have met those conditions.
I'm saying, if the EU says we have one more condition, they relax as measures for de-pass. It tends to sell the same product five times”, he said.
But Bislim also had a threatening message for the EU:
“Don't force us to escape from the market we're de-exceting again.
The EU has told us on its own, in this office, which is meaningless for us that Kosovo is under measures why it has sent four mayors to their municipalities in the north, which does not constitute any kind of crime, and Serbia has committed a crime in Kosovo”, he said./Periscopi
