Arifi accuses Sinan that the latter is blackmailed by her associates in Belgrade, and especially by Vulini.
Prime Minister Ardita's “adviser is blackmailed by its associates in Belgrade, and especially by Vulini. If they were to investigate intelligence and security agencies that the Republic of Kosovo, it would not receive its personal security certificate and therefore could not be decreed as prime minister's adviser!”, Arifi writes, continues Periscopi.
In the end, he says he hopes the Cosova Government does not offer her high state information because, as he says, 100 percent will end up at Voulin.
