Nine witnesses' testimony in Thaci case and others received in writing

Also, during this conference it was said that on December 9th, the court approved a witness's request to provide protective testimony via video connection, reports the “Justice Trust”.
While in the case of Salih Mustafa, according to Doyle spokesman, the DHSK chairman appointed a panel of the Supreme Court on December 10th and 11th to decide on two requirements for protection of legitimacy -- one by Mustafa and one by the prosecution respectively.
The two requirements relate to the Appeals Court's decision, titled Decision for Release of a New Punishment Decision for Salih Mustaf. Mr. Mustafa claims that the Court of Appeals panel has violated the law in determining the conviction for the illegal murder charge and urges the Supreme Court panel to impose the lowest sentence on this charge, or to return the competent panel for the new decision. The prosecution disputes the legality of the 15-year sentence handed down by the Appeals Chamber as too low and asks the Supreme Court panel to reverse the Apeli panel case to appoint a new sentence”, Doyle said.
During this conference, the charges against Hashim Thaci, the Smajt Union, Fadil Fazlius, Isni Kilajt and Hajredin Kuci -- allegations of unlawful efforts to influence witness testimony.
