The case judge, Adnan Kamberi, announced that the accused Azem, who was present in today's review, has achieved the absolute prescription of the criminal charge.
In view of the timing of the criminal offence of October 12, 2015, as well as the dedication that criminal acts, the court finds that the absolute prescription of prosecution has arrived, for the criminal offence of extermination or damage to property for the defendant, Egzon Azemi”, said Judge Kamberi.
At today's session, accused Hasani and Osmani have missed what today's session of the same has failed.
For the two top indictees, Judge Kamberi announced that the tribunal has issued an arrest warrant against the same ones.

According to the Basic Prosecutor's Act in Pristina, founded on July 14, 2016, defendants Veron Hasani and Valmir Osmanaj are charged with breaking the glass and damaging the walls of this facility, with violent, hooligan actions, placing strong tools in the direction of police and police station building objects, causing serious damage and consequences.
For these actions, accused Hasan and Osmanaj are charged that each single person has committed criminal work “The participation in the crowd that committed criminal acts and hooliganism” by Article 412, paragraph 3 concerning the 4th paragraph of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
At the point of two of this act, Vetevendosje's former vetoist, Egzon Azemi, is charged that on October 12, 2015, during the Vetevendosje protest, deliberately and by violent, hooligan actions, he threw hard-stone tools, concrete cubes, towards official cars, damaging the official car parked in front of the Prosecution Council's target.
For these actions, Azem is accused of committing criminal work “the annihilation or damage to property” by Article 333 par.1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
