“Based on data, by December 12th, at 21:30, following application via electronic platform (http://diaspora.kqz-x.org) has been approved 33,635 registration requirements, while 2,100 have been refused. In most cases rejected, applicants have not been photographed holding the ID simultaneously. The CEC informs the rejected applicants individually because of their refusal to request, and also rejected applicants are announced that they can re-apply for registration and join the documents needed to meet their request in line with CEC” guidelines, KQZ spokesman Valmir Elezi has told IndexOnline.
