The Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor (SPAK) has demanded to restore DP leader Sali Berisha to the measure “house arrest”. On 3 January 2025, the special court will start working on Berisha's case with a session to be held at 10:00. The Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor (SPAK) has demanded to restore DP leader Sali Berisha to the measure “house arrest”.

On 3 January 2025, the special court will start working on Berisha's case with a session to be held at 10:00.

According to the prosecutors of the case, there are no conditions for the court to bring the former chief of executives Berisha out of domestic arrest.

Opposition was made in the Special Appeal by the two representatives of the prosecution body, Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Milonai.

However, for Berisha's lawyer, this complaint is inappropriate.
