Scandals at the Ministry of Pec: VVC man in APK is expected to make the decision whether there is conflict of interest in grants

The successive scandals at the Ministry led by Faton Peci can hardly be overcome. It's also with the issue of grants, like “100 thousand dollars for the brother and uncle of VVI deputy Pacolli, Peci adviser Naim Huruglica, and others for whom Periscope has reported on a continuous basis. The issue of these, as the Ministry of Pec has announced, has gone to the Agency for Prevention of Corruption. And the latter suggest that they will be clarified during these days at the end of December.
But it is hard to believe that the APK will make a decision against the Ministry of Peci, with the fact that the man who heads this agency, is a favorite of Vetevendosje.
Periscop's sources have revealed that there have been other cases that this Agency has made decisions in favor of the Ministry on various issues. Whether it will be the same decision in the case of grants remains to be seen the following days...
Who is Yll Buleskaj, director of the Corruption Prevention Agency?
Since December 2021, Periscop was the first medium to report that at the helm of the Corruption Prevention Agency, Yll Buleskaj.
Director The APK, had made triple violations of Kurt and criminal candidates on election lists. This, by the time Buleskaj was director of the Office for the Register of Political Partys.
Mr. Buleskaj, who held that position in the CEC, became known prior to the February 14th elections, when it was set for Albin Kurtitı's responsibilities on the Vetevendosje election list.
On the eve of the February 14, 2021, meetings at the Central Election Commission were being held with numerous tensions. This was after the CEC had called for an opinion by the Kosovo Judiciary Council, regarding candidates on lists that were convicted of criminal acts.
The KDP had recommended/responsibly to the CEC that criminal candidates not be certified, as the law requires. Among these names was the number one on the Vetevendosje Movement list, Albin Kurti (now prime minister).
Until in Kosovo, heated debate was under way over this issue, any opinion and recommendation at the time seemed to have great significance. Such was the recommendation of the Office for Registering Political Parties, which is headed by Mr. Yll Bulshkaj. The recommendation for this office was that all candidates were certified.
“We've guided them as we think they should, so that all of us are certified”, Mr. Buleshkaj in one of the statements in January 2021.
Since the recommendation of the office leading Mr. Buleskaj, was opposed to the KJK recommendation, parties like the LDK's PDK, called it a violation of democracy, the recommendation of the Buleskaj-led Office.
Buleskay himself, it was justified that they had no time to investigate all cases.
Buleskaj became one of Vetevendosje Movement's favourites, and already enjoys the post of APK director. /Periscopi/
