Radoniki: Serbian List Dissertation Legal Basis

Central Election Commission Chairman Kressnik Radoniqi has said that the failure of the Serbian List by this body has no legal basis.

Radonic, in an exclusive pronouncement for Clankosova.tv, said that non-certification has no legal basis, while according to him, the certificate has legal grounds after saying that the application of the Serbian List has been passed to the office's verification filters for the Certificate of Political Party.

“No legal authority for non-certification, legal basis has certificate. The application has surpassed the Office's verification filters for the Certificate of Political Partys, and after all the verifications it has found to be in order and has recommended Certificate”, Radoniqi told Klakosova.tv.

Radoniqi said the issues that were raised yesterday at the Central Election Commission meeting in terms of the Serbian List are issues of justice organs, not of the CEC.

The Serbian list yesterday was not certified to participate in the election, where the certificate was only Radoniqi, while the VV members opposed, while members of other parties did not participate in the vote.
