(a year ago)The Kosovo police have announced that police units from the regional police directorate North Mitrovica, under regular tasks while in control, have stopped a car where, during the search at the 40-year-old driver (M.K), they have found about 100 lucky game cards and a telephone. According to the PK, the suspect has been brought to the police station where he was interviewed by investigators, while the alleged cards as well as the phone have been seized.
All actions taken have been submitted to the prosecutor of the case, where, after the interview, the suspect prosecutor's decision has been released and the case has continued in regular procedure.
On the other hand, police appeal to all citizens for co-operation and re-exemplifies their commitment to fighting any phenomenon that conflicts with the law. Each case will be treated with seriousness and responsibility, making sure that lawbreakers face justice.
