Peci's next scandal, Mehmetaj: Puerto Rican Activist profits grant over 63 thousand euros

Writing on Facebook, Mehmetaj has published documents showing that subject activist “Gux”, Hajrullah Osmani has benefited grants over 63 thousand euros.

According to the journalist's writing, Osman was initially rejected for grant, but claims Minister Peci has personally intervened to enable him to be on the beneficiary list.

“Minister Peci had gone directly to the directorate's office for the ZHR's Management Project and had threatened all the officials by telling you, quote: “who are you who rejected the farmer who has 24 ha, why didn't you go down a floor with the confirmation of the farmer's subsidies in question, and that I would return the rating process to zero”, Mehmetaj wrote among others.

Periscope has earlier reported that Minister Peci has exerted great influence and pressure towards his senior officials on the issue of grants.

This is the brutal case of Faton Peci's direct intervention in the distribution of grants to farmers.

One of the most brutal cases of intervention by Faton Crimeanelli for distributing grants from his ministry is that of farmer Hajrullah Osmani, now Agroni U.P.K. with NIF 1014708, GUXO party activist.

Hajrullah Osmani, had applied for grant to build “Depos for conservation of trees and vegetables”.

From the preliminary list (see in the photo), farmer Osmani (with an identification number of farm 1014708) is refused for lack of compliance.

He also makes the decision of rejection because he had failed to meet the conditions and the application properly (see picture).

But, suddenly, on the final list of beneficiaries, Osman is rejected down on the list, the first beneficiary on the list comes out and wins 63 thousand and 440 euros (see photo).

What happened, why does this farmer from the list of rejects end up first on the list of beneficiaries?

Minister Peci had gone directly to the directorate's office for the Mirim of the ZHR projects and had threatened all the officials by telling them, quote: “who are you to reject the farmer who has 24 ha, why didn't you go down one floor to get proof of the farmer's subsidies in question and that I would turn the assessment process back to zero”

When the prosecution begins, there are at least four people who can confirm this moment of the minister's brutal involvement in the distribution of grants.

Currently, unfortunately, they are afraid to speak publicly, without knowing well that the prosecution has begun the investigation.
