PDK parliamentary group chief Abelard Tahiri said it is up to 16 bills.
He said 15 of them are contested in the procedure, while one of them is also in content.
“The PDK will proceed to Constitutional procedures that were adopted at the 5 December session. That session has defined an extremely weak standard and violated parliamentary life in our country. I don't believe that such a form can be found in any parliament in Europe that is violated in that form of Kosovo constitutionality.
Today we've prosecuted 16 laws in Constitutional. Of them, 15 are found only in procedure and one in content. I can't believe the head of the Parliament violates the procedure. The Law for the State Bureau is also contested in the procedure, even in 48x0> content, Tahiri said before the media.
