Ambassador Orav has added that they have met with President Rama to discuss the problems and challenges of the capital.
“was welcome to talk with the mayor of the municipality and also with his team, to learn more about Pristina, about problems, about challenges and also to learn how the EU and the municipality can work more closely together. Because the goal is to draw Kosovo closer to the European Union as soon as possible. And it's not just the government we're working with, but we're working with all the municipalities. The EU is the biggest donor here in Kosovo. There are many EU projects under way. There are many projects also in the plan and I very much hope that we can continue our work in areas such as education, health, waste management, co-operation with young people, with the help of the EU”, he said.
