Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Institute for Justice has accused Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Donika Grovalla, that with funds from the dictatorship leading him, he is sending SMS in the citizen telephone numbers to register to vote in the February 9th elections.
In a Facebook post, he has said the issue of the still in power of the country's current acts is “life or death”.
When it comes to the vote how careful Donika Gervala is. Through the state budget, he sends a message to you in the name of MPJD and asks to make sure it's family to be sold that you should vote”.
“E have life and death left in power. You take care of the current, take care of what you're paid for, that the CEC is the one who legally owes the education of voters, not you. They budgeted it by saving it for party profit”, Miftaraj said.
