Kosovo experienced a punishable terrorist attack aimed at critical infrastructure, an act I strongly condemned”, he said.
He added that in last week, the EU leadership took over its functions, and the diplomatic world is preparing for the usual “welcome for the end of”.
“over the past two weeks spoke at a conference on the security situation in the Western Balkans organised by the Ministry of Defence in Greece, participated in this year's edition of the MEDais Forum in Morocco and informed member states of the state of dialogue”, Lajcak said.
