Lajcak: I have hoped for more progress in dialogue, but the message for Kosovo, Serbia is clear

Pointing to the achievements and deadlocks he faced during the meetings he had with Kosovo and Serbia officials, Besnik Bislimi and Petar Petkov, Lajcak has once again recalled during the two states there will be no EU integration without normalisation of their relations and offer a detailed work plan for next year, adopted by all EU member states.
Lajcak has written that in the dialogue, as progress has been slower than he has hoped, what has been achieved continues to be primarily good for citizens in both Kosovo and Serbia.
