Kurti, ambassadors: For any Serbian lie we must have our truth ready

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has asked the ambassadors to be vigilant and react quickly to Serbian propaganda.

At the 7th conference with the ambassadors of the Republic of Kosovo, which is being held in Pristina, he has said that Serbia, with Russia's help, has set up a network of false narrators against the state of Kosovo.

He has said that for each of Serbia's lies they should have Kosovo's truth ready.

“In the face of systematic, hybrid, cyber, and terrorist attacks of Serbia, she constantly uses propaganda and dezinforms as her foreign policy weapons. And that's why your work gets more value and weight. With open support from Russia, it has set up a network of false turquoises, aiming to harm our country and hinder our progress towards European and Euro-Atlantic integrations. You have to act decisively and clearly to be quick to react. For any lie that scatters Serbia or its elements, we must have our truth ready”, Kurti declared.

Government chief has estimated that in the era social communication networks are more important than ever before.

“We're in an era of immediate and constant social networks and communication, so communication is more important than ever. You should be more active and ever more present. Silence can be misconstrued, and for the worse, it leaves room for propaganda and disinformation. The reports you show are especially valid when they are fast, breezy, and accurate, as the accuracy and power of the words you send are more important than the length of the documents”, Kurti expressed.
