Kurt says he's short, but he's got high consumption.

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, in his recent address to this year, has mentioned his Government's achievements, and has been trying to justify the lack of electricity affecting many Kosovo citizens on the night of changing the weather. Kurt through a video in his Facebook profile. [...]
Kurti via a video on his Facebook profile says that the removal of visas from Thailand, the United Arab Emirates and Taiwan, as well as recognition of the Republic of Kosovo's passport by two non-recognising states of Spain and Armenia are great achievements.
While, for the problem Kosovo citizens are facing, now and many days, the lack of electricity, Kurti says it is not the result of lack of electricity, but of high energy consumption, which is challenging the transmission network.
He eventually congratulated the New Year on all Kosovo citizens.
