Within the framework of military co-operation between Kosovo and Croatia, members of the Kosovo Security Force have successfully completed specialised training for the use of 60mm and 120mm mortars.
During this intensive training, KSF members were able to maintain and use mortars effectively, gained knowledge of tasks within the mortar team, thus establishing their capabilities in the field of defence to contribute to the establishment of Kosovo security capacities.
Also an important part of training has been the work of the Fire Guidance Center, with participants being trained to calculate accurately the different factors affecting the precipatory trajectory, thus improving operational effectiveness.
Kosovo's Security Force is committed to raising and advancing members so that we are prepared to face any challenges presented.
