According to Kryeziu, the failure of the Serbian list seems more like a politically motivated decision than based on legal criteria.
“Although the CEC consists of representatives of political parties, its decisions should not be motivated by their party affiliations, but should be based on Constitutions and law”, Kryeziu wrote on Facebook.
Among other things, Kryeziu suggests that this decision, which according to him is politically motivated more, could be dropped by PZAP, as similar decisions have been overturned in the past.
“Abservation of the Serbian list seems more like a politically motivated decision than based on legal criteria. This case is one of several such cases, when the CEC has made similar decisions, but later changed or fell by PZAP, which testifies to the lack of coherence and professionalism in the work of this institution”, he writes away.
