There's a hand grenade in Prizren, arrested one person

Police have arrested a man in Prizren after the same man in the jacket pocket carried a vehicle allegedly hand grenades.

The news has confirmed police spokesman for the Prizren region, Saqir Bytyqi.

The KSF has been informed about the case.

The “with the date 04.12.24 around 15:35 we received the information from the communicative centre that a suspect (male/Albanian 22 years) is in a restaurant downtown Prizren and in the jacket pocket holds a suspected tool, allegedly hand grenade. The police patrol immediately responded to the case and managed to arrest the suspect and the suspected means to secure it, at the scene all relevant police units who have undertaken all necessary actions. Regional investigators as well as the presiding prosecutor, on whose orders the case is initiated, have also been informed of KSF.”, Bytyqi said.
