According to the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD) where the report, titled: “Governance with clean hands and the investigation into government corruption”, has said that from their monitoring, it turns out the Government consists of six persons (five ministers and Prime Minister Albin Kurti), who have had or have problems with the law.
Among the problems with law are Interior Minister Jalal Svecla, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu and Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla. Where the same targets their position in the Kosovo Assembly.
But lawyer Muhamet Mujaj shows those who are not entitled to the Law on General Elections to run for deputies.
“Under the law on general elections, the people who have no right to run are those people: That in the last three years with the decision of formal form, there has been an effective prison sentence a year and more, they have previously had an unpaid fine against the PZAP, or have failed to abide by any PZAP order”, he said in a proposal given about Blic newspaper.
Mujaj says such a thing does not do the country's democracy and the perception of the Assembly as the highest state organ.
“By law are all those who are under way investigating and judging them. But for the country's democracy and the perception of the Assembly as the highest body of state, it does not do a favour to a person to whom such processes are conducted”, he replied.
