The French Embassy in Kosovo has reacted after the Serbian List's failure to negotiate the February nineth parliamentary elections.
In a published response to the social network “X”France has said that Certificate is a procedural issue and should not be done by political considerations.
“We express concern about the non-sertification of the Serbian List for the upcoming elections. The certificate process is a procedural issue that relies on democratic elections and not on political considerations. We call on the CEC to maintain the integrity of Kosovo's election process on the basis of relevant legal procedures. ” It says there.

Significantly, among the first to respond to this decision were the United States of America.
Meanwhile, Central Election Commission Chairman Kreshnik Radoniqi has said that the failure of the Serbian List has no legal basis.
“No legal authority for non-certification, legal basis has certificate. The application has surpassed the Office's verification filters for the Certificate of Political Partys, and after all the verifications it has found to be in order and recommended Certificate. ” He said.
