The figures go out: Kosovo has 1,586,659 residents

Kosovo's Statistics Agency has today presented its first final census results.

ASK Director Avni Kastrati in his speech said there has been involvement of politicians, many familiar figures during the process.

“From the 2024 census shows that Kosovo has 1,586,659 residents. I believe that the census has achieved its goal, and it has passed just as the” expectations were, Kastrati said.

He also said that the staff has been prepared and active in the population registration process.
