From there they say that today, at 19:46 an earthquake was recorded, whose epicentre had been 70 miles [112 km] from Skopje, in the Dellcheva region of Berovo. The quake has been up by 2.9 on the Richter St.

The quake has been up by 2.9 on the Richter Stair, while the same has already been felt in settlements like Pehcheva, Berov and the district.
