The Court recalls that on December 17th, the court's preliminary procedure judge, acting on the prosecutor's proposal, appointed detention for Grubin and Progress Bajram, both involved in the prosecution's investigation for “State Lottery”.
The decision was adopted, following the submission of MPB's announcement that Grubi and Bajrami are not accessible to the tracking organs, which starts to be implemented once the people are found, or are arrested. /Alsat/
