Two German-Libanese brothers 15 and 20 years old from Mannheim and a 22-year-old German-Turkish from Hesse were arrested on Sunday, the AP reported.
The brothers are accused of preparing an attack motivated by their religious ideology and <x0 minuspatia” for the Islamic State group, buying, among other things, a rifle and ammunition.
The investigators found more weapons. Suspects are on hold pending indictment.
German prosecutors and police have said there has never been a concrete threat to the public”.
