“Vala” Appreciates package prices for audio and internet services

Some of these monthly packages have marked price hikes of about 20 percent or one euro per package. One of the packages, which has cost until October 31st 5th and 99 euros now this month, cost 6 euros 99 cents.

Some clients of “Vala” have complained behind the camera about these expensives. This price hikes, Kosovo Telecom officials have called it symbolic.

Kosovo Telecom spokesman Fadil Lepja tells Kosovo that the price of new packages, with nearly doubled content, has changed little, if not symbolically.

“With the modification of the package, Kosovo Telecom has markedly increased, in quantity, the content of the offer, while packaged it, while the price of the new package, with nearly doubled content, has changed slightly, if not symbolically”, notes Lepaja.

He has said, among other things, that Kosovo Telecom -- even this time, as usual, listens to the voice of its consumers and appropriates packages with their needs and demands.

“This modification of the package Telekom has been motivated by increasing consumer demand recently, as a result of the modernisation of the Vala network and full transition to 4G+ and 5G”, Lepaja says in a written answer.

Consumers of “Vala” have complained behind the camera about these services, while spokesman Lepaja says they have not accepted complaints about the new package prices.
