As the prosecution has announced, criminal acts were reportedly committed during the 1998-1999 period in the village of Panorc of the Malisheva municipality.
The person in question is currently in custody, while this criminal case has already passed the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina.
The special prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo today has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, against indictees S.L., due to the well-founded suspicion that the joint criminal work “fighting against the civilian population”, sanctioned with Article 142 concerning the RSJ Criminal Law.
According to the indictment, criminal acts were committed during the 1998-1999 period in the village of Panorc, the Malisheva municipality. The defendant, acting in co-ordination with other members of Serbian police and military forces, has violated international law regulations, carrying out illegal arrests, physical and psychological torture of about 500 citizens who were not involved in war, mass expulsions of the Albanian population, destruction of property and plunder.
The defendant is placed under detention until another court ruling. This criminal case has already passed to the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina”, It says in the D.A.'s announcement.
