In some images, residents of the area have been heard screaming <x0-killing” and “turp” and throwing mud towards the king, who has been asked why nothing has been done to avoid tragedy.
The worst floods in Spain in decades have left entire neighborhoods covered by mud and dozens of cars rolled over one another.
More than 200 people have died as a result of the floods, and there are still missing persons.
The search-saving teams are trying to find any survivors.
Residents are extremely angry about, they say, lack of proper warning and support from authorities after the floods.
King Felipe and Queen Letizia have visited Paiportan, one of the worst - affected towns.
On Saturday, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has ordered the engagement of 10,000 soldiers and additional policemen in the area affected by the flooding.
He has said this is the biggest military engagement in Spain in peacetime.
However, he has stated that he is aware that the answer has not been “sufficient” and has acknowledged “major problems and shortages”. /Radio Europe Free
