On the basis of SPAK's request, the First Scale Special Court against Corruption and Organised Crime through the November 15th-November 2024 decision has imposed the measure of property insurance .Secuestro preventative for two property owned by F.K. and M.K.
The move comes in the wake of investigative and procedural actions in connection with criminal prosecution no. 122 of 2022. (https://spak.gov.al/notification-per-snip-date-21-10-2024-2/)
The properties of the seized are:
Building in headquarters, Tirana on surface;
The ground floor, 152 m2, of which stood at 82 m2, and 70 m2 porch;
Ground floor 139 m2,
First floor 79 m2,
The second floor of 51 m2, the second floor of 27.9 m2 mʹ, owned by the F.K., with an address to Residence “Sunset”
Building in headquarters, Tirana on surface;
The ground floor of 152 m2, of which 862 m and 70 m2 porch,
Ground floor 139 m2,
First floor 79 m2,
The second floor of 51 m2, the second deck of 27.9 m2, owned by M.K., with an address to Residence “Sunset”
The Special Court ruling has been executed by judicial police in November 19th and November 20, 2024, placing the deadlock of assets in the registers of the State Agency of Cadastra, as well as communicating this decision to property owners. (A2)
