The defence of former KLA chief Peter Shala will hand over the complaint to the first-ever Special Court decision, which has sentenced him for 18 years in prison.
The complaint at Appeal is set to take place on November 25th of this year.
Through his defense, Peter Shala had requested an extension of the deadline until December 16, 2017, as well as to extend for 150,000 words the limit of words he can use in his complaint, reports “Justice Vow”.
“E PRANON Partly Request; AUTORISON Shala submits a complaint of the maximum 32,000 words until November 25, 2024; and E REFUZon the rest of the” request, the decision says.
