In the SSKKUK report, it is known that the child was first brought by family members to the Kosovo University Clinical Centre Emergency Service (QKUK), with difficulty highlighted in breathing and saturation of oxygen dealt with 69.
From the Emergency Clinic Service, supported by oxygen therapy, is transferred to the clinic hall of Otorinolaryngology (ORL) of QKUK, where it becomes the tracheobrocoscope with regigiscope and is managed to remove the foreign body (screw) from the lower respiratory routes.
