Kurt again attacks Constitution: More often does political balance than shares justice

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, during the 2025 budget presentation, has again attacked the Constitutional Court, saying it makes more political balance than sharing justice.

Kurti, during his speech at the Kosovo Assembly session before MPs, has mentioned the Law on the ceiling price that was brought down by the Constitution, as well as the Law on Minimum Rewards.

Other budget characteristics 2025 are as follows: the budget for salaries and additions is 13.5 percent higher than in 2024, the budget for goods and services is 3.2 percent higher, while the budget for subsidies and transfers is 8.75 percent higher. These include new measures, such as pensions, child additions, and economic recovery”.

According to him, local flour has grown nearly seven times more than in 2000 and three times more than in 2008.

In these years of governance, gross domestic product has increased, so much so that for the first time this year it will exceed the figure of 10 billion euros, while by next year it is expected to reach over 11 billion euros.
