I have the honor and pleasure to present to you, the next MP candidate from NISMA Social Democrat, Mr. Ghani Bajraktari.
Prof. Bajraktari graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Pristina University in 1990. He's finished specializing in Intern Medicine ) Cardiology at University Hospital Centre “Mother Teresa” (Tirana, Albania) in 1997.
Much training has been completed at Clinical Cardiology and Ekokardiography in Italy (Public Hospital in Bassano del Grappa, the Public Hospital at Magenta and <x0Niguarda CaʹGranda Hospital”-Milano), France (Public Hospital of Annemasse) and Zagreb (Rebro Clinical Centre). He has also finished the Intervente Cardiology Course at the Silesian Heart Disease Centre in Zabrze, Poland.
He has finished post-university studies and has defended the Thessis of Magic (at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb, Croatia), in the area of stress-ecococardography.
He has defended three clinical Cardiology doctors: the Faculty of Medicine, the University of Pristina (2002), at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary (2006), and the Umea University, Umea, Sweden (2014).
Currently, he is the Professor of Intern Medical Medicine at the University of Pristina School of Medicine, the head of the Association of Cardiologists of Kosovo, head of the Heart Responsibilities Workers Group (Kosovo Cardiologists' Association), and has been appointed professor in the Department for Public Health and Clinical Medicine (Umea University, Sweden).
Professor Bajraktari was Dekan of the Pristina University of Medicine, from 2009 to 2011. He was Director of the Intern Clinic on two mandates, as well as Director of the Cardiology Clinic at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo. He was chief of the Intern Medicine Cathedral at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Pristina from 2012-2017.
