U.S. elections, Bislimi: Change may be in the way, but not in US support for Kosovo

Today, the US presidential elections are being held, which are being carried out with great interest. How these elections will affect Kosovo relations - The US for Periscope has spoken to Faton Bislim, who currently lives and acts in the United States of America. Bislimi said that any candidate who wins, Kosovo without the United States finds it difficult to walk the Euro-Atlantic roads, adding that after these elections, only sharing our state, but not supporting it.
“Yes, change may be in the access, but not in US support for Kosovo. We've had the support we've had historically from both barrels, and we'll continue because the source of our support from the United States has been the US Congress and our focus right away should be right there at the American Congress”, Bislim said.
For Kosovo, relations with the US have no alternative. They must be friendly and permanent. Kosovo without the United States finds it very difficult to walk towards strengthening the republic and achieving the merit country in the big Euro-Atlantic family. So, even if we have differences in attitudes, they should never allow the gap between the US and Kosovo to become. This is our strategic and state interest”, Bisilim said of Periscope.
According to Bislim, the biggest chance of winning this election is for Kamala Harris.
What happens tonight in the U.S. will be historic whatever the outcome is. I say that because whether Harris or Trump wins, the story is being written in the United States tonight. Harris' victory marks the story because she would become the first Mrs. President of the United States, and also, if Trump wins, he would become the first in modern U.S. history, the post-story of the 20th century to win two non-combat mandates (the first to arrive in the entire history of America was President Cleveland in the late 1880s). I expect a tight race but I appreciate that Mrs. Harris”, he added.
