The chairman of the Trepca Union comes up with a reaction: My dismissal requested

As chairman of the union, I have an obligation and obligation to react to the illegal and discriminatory decisions that take any management of the company, without excluding the current management. But the question is, why was my departure from the mayor's position required by union members and my replacement with another chairman? The answer is simple: I have raised my voice and reacted constantly to violating the rights of miners, extremely weak working conditions, default and constant salary delays, as well as the persecution of those who think differently from management. This response comes as an effort to protect the dignity of miners and to ensure more fair and stable working conditions for them”, says Januz' reaction.

Dear miners,

At first, I want to express my gratitude and gratitude for your faith in me, trusting me to represent your voice. For me personally, the position of union chairman is and will forever remain the greatest privilege of my life and the sense of responsibility I shoulder every day.

I promise you that the responsibility you have given me as chairman I have tried to honor by working hard to protect miners and promote their rights, as a contributing value to the development of the company.

However, union engagement in protecting the rights of miners is a challenge and additional cost to all those voices that have the courage to tell the truth and seek better working conditions.

Today, from safe sources, I have reported that the management of the Trepca Sh.A. company on Saturday, in recent hours, has held a meeting at the Castell restaurant in Milosevo, with the only agenda for my dismissal from the union's position, allegedly as a prerequisite for opening the way for government investments, as they claim I am an obstacle to development processes and investments in the company. The only reason they give is that my reactions and demands are sparking disappointment with the government!

As chairman of the union, I have an obligation and obligation to react to the illegal and discriminatory decisions that take any management of the company, without excluding the current management. But the question is, why was my departure from the mayor's position required by union members and my replacement with another chairman?

The answer is simple: I have raised my voice and reacted constantly to violating the rights of miners, extremely weak working conditions, default and constant salary delays, as well as the persecution of those who think differently from management. This response comes as an effort to protect the dignity of miners and to ensure more fair and stable working conditions for them.

The management would be better to deal with explosives supplies, since now eight days ago, we have the end of the production process as a result of time failure to supply explosives, causing the company financial losses worth hundreds of thousands of euros, then causing delays in the realisation of wages.

My response is my right and my legal, professional and moral duty. That's why you chose me and believed me. But is the management right the persecution of unionists and the tendency to eliminate unionism? And who holds this legal and criminal responsibility?

Time will be evidence that all this special effort and war against miners will end with disgrace for those who feed themselves and their groups with such agendas.

In the quality of the union chairman and the management of the company to stop efforts to combat our union and to betray miners through their intimidation and communication, and instead to do the task of what has been chosen, starting with the supply of explosive trading without which we have remained, and as a result, the company is suffering high financial damage.

In the end, I would like to add that, despite the constant persecution and the cost that will be legally billed on my account, as long as I am chairman of the union, I will be the voice of truth and the shield of legitimacy and rights of miners.
