The flag of the Republic of Kosovo is boiling in the village of Karacheva in Kamenica.
And in front of him, illegal activities are under way.
These are objects where lucky games develop, which have been banned by law since 2019.
However, they continue working at two different locations, few meters apart.
These items were destroyed as a result of a police action about four years ago, but have now been refunctioned.
Two persons were arrested in this action, three items were destroyed, and 96 illegal gamers were confiscated.
Television has tried to get answers from Kosovo police why these casinos have not been shut down, but there is no response.
A police response on such occasions is regarded as necessary.
“In view of, in all of Kosovo's territory, police must act on the rule and laws, but also in co-ordination with KFOR, so that such casinos, which are harmful to the circle we live in, should be taken, closed, and against such persons, who illegally carry casinos and act illegally, contrary to the law to taking appropriate” measures, says the PK retired lieutenant, Refina Morina for Teva1
Television learns that the lack of police response on the ground is due to the lack of competencies for this part of the territory, for which no demarcation has been made to know the partition line between Kosovo and Serbia.
