Former General Lahi Brahimaj has been homazhe at the cemetery of two heroes Tony and Mici and three soldiers of the Shala Operative Zone.
Brahimaj through a post in his Facebook account said they are “eternal inspiration for future generations”.
In the mountains between Malisheva and Rahoveci, I had the honor of meeting the other hero, Seladin Musabasis, Mici. Today, on the anniversary of their heroic fall on November 6, 1998, alongside fellow fighters Bektesh Haliti, Hamdi Hajrizi and Nezir Ymeri, we remember with deep respect these sons of fairies, who gave their lives to Fatherland”, wrote among others Brahimaj. Full Posting:
Freedom of a nation is built on the sacrifices of the bravest sons and daughters. These sacrifices are the foundation of our independence.
In March 1998, after the heroic resistance in Prekaz and Glodjan, my tower became a refuge for a young man. Jelal Hajda Toni, a war-experted hero in Croatia, came for liberation to continue towards the organisation of war in Anandrin. In the mountains between Malisheva and Rahovez, I had the honor of meeting the other hero, Seladin Musazabasi, Mici.
Today, on the anniversary of their heroic fall on November 6, 1998, alongside fellow fighters Bektesh Haliti, Hamdi Hajrizi and Nezir Ymeri, we remember with deep respect these fairy boys who gave their lives to Homeland. Their memory remains alive in our hearts, for eternal inspiration to generations to come.
