Banning two persons for serious murder and illegal possession

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Randa Crime Department, has filed a request for the appointment of the detention action at the Foundation Court in Gjilan, against defendants V.S. and F.M.

They allegedly committed criminal acts -- the heavy murder and possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons -- of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

According to the request, there is the suspicion that defendants V.S. and F.M., on November 7, 2024, about 13:55 minutes, on the road, the exiles of Gjilan”, in Gjilan, have now deprived the deceased S.O., in a way that, after the preliminary agreement, they have passed the same one on their bicycles, céries after the deceased was released from the car, approach the defendant, and from the vicinity of the V.S., shoots a gun at his left side on the back of the back, which was caused the wound to follow, where the incident was reported in the scene, the most unknown.

With these actions, the same in co-ordination allegedly committed the KPRK's serious murder.

The defendant V.S., also suspected of criminal activity possession, control or unauthorized possession of the KPRK, having, without authorization, held a weapon possession that has been seized.

The defendants indicted at the prosecutor's order are located under a 48-hour ban.
